Linus I.S.S completes series of 1 day BCM training sessions
Linus I.S.S. has received increased demand for the provision of BCM training services specific to facilitate organisations through the key concepts of BCM. The 1 day training session takes the participants through the theory supporting the need for BCM as well a typical BCM project capturing the following project modules:
- Project Establishment
- Needs Analysis
- Risk Analysis
- Strategy Development
- Strategy Implementation
- Ongoing Management
The training sessions are delivered in two flavours one with a Government based case study and one with a commercial company based case study. The sessions are interactive where we take participants through a series of exercises to support the understanding of the key concepts associated with each of the stages of a typical BCM project.
The training session also includes each participant receiving their own comprehensive information pack to reinforce the learnings as well as act as a future reference guide.
